Unsurprisingly, Jim Walsh wants to evade an NPI-championed law that requires fiscal transparency in initiative descriptions

The Chair of the Wash­ing­ton State Repub­li­can Par­ty, joined by the Chair of the Main­stream Repub­li­cans, is ask­ing a judge to order statewide exec­u­tive offi­cials to con­ceal infor­ma­tion about the fis­cal impacts of Ini­tia­tives 2109, 2117, and 2124 from vot­ers, who are legal­ly enti­tled to that infor­ma­tion under a 2022 law NPI helped pass.
